Resonance Music Consulting was founded in 2023 by Stuart Paterson. ​

With decades of experience in the music industry, Stuart has seen and embraced all of the seismic shifts and changes in the business during that time. He has a wide expertise and knowledge from both a repertoire and technical perspective and has worked in and with companies both big and small from BMG and EMI to small independents and start-ups. 

The local and the global are key to our approach. Stuart has worked at all levels and with countries around the world using his multilingual skills (he speaks French, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian) to inform processes and methods across all DSPs especially on YouTube. YouTube has a truly instant global reach where locally-targeted features such as subtitling can have real and swift results.
